Privacy overview

Presswerk is designed for teams that care about where reporting data lives. This page gives a plain-language overview and should be reviewed with legal counsel before production launch.

Cloud

Presswerk Cloud is hosted in the EU. We process account data, workspace metadata, application logs, support messages, and billing information needed to provide the service.

Self-hosted

With a self-hosted license, Presswerk runs on your infrastructure. Your report data, database credentials, identity provider, generated documents, and backups remain under your operational control.

Reporting data

Presswerk connects to the data sources you configure for report generation. Access should be limited to the databases, APIs, and credentials needed for your reports.
